Victoria Don joined the firm in 2010.  Her practice is in the area of international human rights and civil rights. 

Ms. Don received her J.D. from the University of California School of Law, and her B.A. from Northwestern University, where she majored in Comparative Literature with a focus on Spanish and Chinese literature. 

During her time at UCLA School of Law, Ms. Don co-chaired the Violence Against Women Act Clinic, which provides services to undocumented survivors of abuse and violent crimes.  She was also selected to participate in the inaugural year of the UCLA International Justice Clinic, for which she co-authored Joint Criminal Enterprise and Command Responsibility: A Manual, prepared for the War Crimes Section of the State Court of Bosnia, and traveled to Sarajevo to work on war criminal prosecutions. 

During law school, Ms. Don worked for Schonbrun DeSimone Seplow Harris & Hoffman on international human rights cases as well as with immigration firm Van der Hout, Brigagliano & Nightingale on political asylum cases.  She also worked with the LA Gay and Lesbian Center on hate crime and same-sex domestic violence issues and the Central American Resource Center where she helped provide legal resources to undocumented clients.  

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Don worked with police misconduct attorney Cynthia Anderson-Barker, focusing on plaintiff-side police abuse cases and amending the policies of corrupt police departments through litigation. 

Victoria Don is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Central District of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  She enjoys capoeira and reading.
