Isabel Daniels joined SDSHH in July 2014. Her primary practice areas are employment and civil rights litigation, and she is experienced in wage and hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, antitrust, and intellectual property matters.
Before joining SDSHH, Ms. Daniels practiced plaintiff-side antitrust and labor and employment law at Berger & Montague, P.C. in Philadelphia. She was also an associate at Irell & Manella LLP in Los Angeles, where she handled a variety of complex intellectual property matters. Ms. Daniels clerked for the Honorable Cormac J. Carney of the Central District of California in 2009-2010.
Ms. Daniels is a graduate, magna cum laude, of the University of Michigan Law School, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif. During law school, she served as an editor for the Michigan Journal of Law Reform and as a student attorney in the Child Advocacy Law Clinic. She was also a finalist and best brief winner in the Henry M. Campbell Moot Court Competition. Ms. Daniels graduated from Pomona College in 2004.
